Bangkok--4 Dec--ONYX Hospitality Group The season of happiness is upon us once again. This year, ONYX Hospitality Group continues its annual Group corporate social responsibility initiative, "Dreams Come True", which aims to raise funds and bring a smile on to the faces of underprivileged children, elderly people and national park rangers with special treats. Throughout December 2015, hotel guests, business partners and hotel team members will have an opportunity to join in the spirit of sharing, by either purchasing small cards that are hung on Christmas trees at all Amari, OZO, Shama and The Mosaic Collection properties across Thailand or purchasing some delicious macarons at Oriental Residence Bangkok. Proceeds will be used to bring simple joy to the lives of underprivileged children, the elderly and national park rangers. Some of the "Dreams Come True" activities include providing special meals and treats to children at seven Border Patrol Police Schools in the rural areas, giving ice cream and food supplies to children and elderly people in Klong Toey, an impoverished area in Bangkok, and donating funds to Freeland's Surviving Together Programme, which supports the defenders of Thailand's biodiversity. Furthermore, we are also collecting used children's books and toys (in good condition and suitable for children aged 5 to 12) at each property. "Dreams Come True" is managed by ONYX Hospitality Group Foundation.
