Recently at KASIKORNBANK Phahon Yothin Building, Mr. Suwat Techawatanawana (center), KBank First Senior Vice President, Mr. Wichai Suphasathitkul (2nd from left), Tawee Heng Group Managing Director, and Mr. Phatphong Phathong, Pattana Sin Leasing Managing Director, participated in the agreement signing ceremony for the merger of both companies to become Heng Leasing Co., Ltd. The merger, under KBank's advisory, will enhance the new company's strength and competitiveness. Tawee Heng Group and Pattana Sin Leasing are key players in providing hire purchase loans for used cars in the upper north of Thailand.
