Named as on of the "15 Most Exciting Rooftop Bars in the World" by Architecture Art Design, Blue Sky has just renovated its facilities with a brand new extension, creating a premium rooftop dining space overlooking the dazzling Bangkok skyline. Featuring a stylish modern decor incorporating an amazing starry display, Blue Sky Rooftop Bar & Dining also features striking blue carpets, chain curtains and custom-made furniture.
With experienced staff standing by to welcome guests, Blue Sky is now proud to present the new menu in French Bistro style that truly represent the passion and talents of the culinary team. The highlight dishes include Pan-fried foie gras lasagna with mushroom sauce and black truffle emulsion (THB 950++); deep-fried goat cheese breaded with frisee lettuce and walnut salad (THB 350++); Spanish chorizo julienne, poached egg, morel mushroom and espuma (THB 390++); Hamachi Japanese fish & qyater tartar, Baeri Royal caviar quenelle on shell (THB 1,100++ / piece) and Scallops with shredded endives (THB 650++).
