Bangkok--18 Dec--Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok will offer a special Malasian Food Promotion, featuring two guest chefs from Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur at NEXT2 Cafe for five days from 16 to 20 December 2015. Chef Mustafa Kamal Bin Saeya and Chef Anis Rusydan Bin Amran from Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur's Lemon Garden Restaurant who specialise in Malaysian cuisine will bring their exciting Malaysian culinary to delight diners' palate in Bangkok. Delicious Malaysian dishes on the restaurant's international buffet menu will include Malaysian salads, soups, hot dishes and desserts, such as Rojak Buah (Mixed young fruit salad with thicker soy sauce), Soto Ayam (Chicken soup with Malaysian spices and condiment), Rendang Daging (Slow cooked beef with Malay spices), Sambal Udang (Prawn cooked in spicy chilies sauce), Kuih Ketayap (Pandan flavor pancake roll with sweet grated coconut filling) and many more. The Malaysian Food Promotion will be available at 1,800 baht net for dinner on 16, 17 and 20 December, 2,100 baht net for dinner on 18 & 19 December and Sunday Brunch on 20 December 2015.
