The menu includes innovative interpretations of classic dishes such as steamed Maine lobster with berry salad rocket leaves truffle citrus dressing or roasted foie gras and duck leg salad chestnut cream amaretto jelly; risotto with Chanterelle mushrooms Parmesan flacks; pan fried halibut fillet with potato and truffle crust roasted vine tomato, asparagus, caviar and rosemary sauce or grilled Angus beef fillets wrapped with pancetta, buttered root vegetables and truffle Sabayon morel with mushroom sauce and an incredible dessert selection which features frozen chocolate souffle and pistachio raspberry macaroons. Blue Sky Bar & Dining will be offering an extensive six-course festive dinner, made up of delectable international dishes, and live entertainment from the resident band will have you all dancing night long.
