Healthy hearty clean and green salads are on the menu at The Hourglass restaurant in AETAS lumpini from the beginning of January until the end of March.
Amongst the selection is a crispy crunchy salad of mixed lettuce with avocado and toasted pine nuts, a green rocket salad with strawberries, a salad of fresh tomato on a layer of feta cheese, and a salad of micro greens with watermelon cubes.
Prices are Baht 180++ and Baht 220++
The Hourglass also has a daily international lunch buffet, priced at Baht 650++, which is ideal for long and leisurely lunches with family and friends at the weekend.
