Recently, at KASIKORNBANK Phahon Yothin Building, Ms. Noppawan Jermhansa, right, KBank Executive Vice President and Retail Business Division Head, held a press conference on the Retail Business Division's 2015 performance and 2016 business direction. Adopting the "Next Banking Experience" strategy, KBank plans to utilize the digital technology to pursue product enhancement in response to consumers' demand, with a focus on specific customer segments, namely entrepreneurs, the new generation, cross-border consumers, and new clients in strategic provinces. The Bank's retail customers are expected to reach 14 million in 2016.
