Since ancient times bao zai has been considered one of the most important culinary tools in China. Chef Khor Eng Yew, Executive Chinese Chef invites you and your family to taste this exclusive clay pot dishes carefully made from his secret recipe. The cooking method helps retain food nutrients and flavor within the pot itself. Highlights include Stewed duck stuffed with sea treasures, Braised garoupa fish and roasted pork belly and taro in spicy leek, and many more. The special clay pot menus are available at Summer Palace, InterContinental Bangkok throughout January. Prices start from Baht 220++.
