Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok led by Mr. Phillip Couvaras, Area Manager and General Manager, organised the "Bukruk II Afternoon Tea Party" to introduce thirteen of the world's renowned artists from eight European countries, three Asian countries, including Thailand, plus an American legendary street art photographer recently.
The highlights of this special event were to discover the eight of the world's famous artists coming together to create a very unique painting of "Paradise on the River", which would flow like the current of the River of Kings; and to also view the photo exhibition of Martha Cooper whose extensive experience including documentary of the New York City graffiti.
This aims to help the city make its bid as a regional arts hub, and to cement Bangkok's position as a city that breathes and lives art.
