Bangkok--28 Jan--NEO Target Mr. Narong Pattamasaevi (second from left), President of the Niyom Pattamasaevi Foundation, in collaboration with National Housing Authority (NHA) and International Institute for Asian Studies (IIAS), Leiden University of The Netherlands, recently staged a seminar and workshop on culture, heritage and restoration of historical buildings and urban development, at Baan Boriboon in Lampang. Baan Boriboon, one of most outstanding heritage landmarks of the city of Lampang, is a colonial style building constructed over 100 years ago and beautifully restored by the Foundation and transformed into an art centre for performing arts, visual arts, local handicrafts, concerts and recitals, etc. for aspiring artists and talents of Lampang to showcase their works - free of charge.
