Photo Release: THAI Conducts Aircraft Maintenance for Southern Air (SAI)

Bangkok--1 Feb--Thai Airways International The Technical Department of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) recently conducted heavy maintenance on two Southern Air (SAI) Boeing 777-FZBF aircraft under aircraft registration N744SA and N775SA at THAI's Aircraft Maintenance Center in Don Mueang. Heavy maintenance began in December 2015 and will continue through February 2016. Maintenance of the first Boeing 777-FZBF has been completed according to schedule and awaits to be handed over. Southern Air (SAI) aircraft was registered in the United States of America, under the regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Recently, the FAA Aviation Safety Inspector conducted an audit of maintenance conducted on Southern Air (SAI) aircraft, which passed satisfactorily. Therefore, THAI's Technical Department aircraft maintenance center meets international standards.
