Gather your family and friends to celebrate the Chinese New Year of the Monkey on Monday, February 8, with a special Chinese international dinner buffet at Elements Restaurant, Sheraton Pattaya Resort.
Amongst the appetizers are poached chicken with Chinese wine, grilled asparagus with red chili mustard, deep-fried soft-shell crab, and a hot and sour Sichuan soup.
Main courses include auspicious dishes such as beef rib eye with black pepper, crispy pork spare ribs, steamed seabass with black bean and spring onion, cumin stir-fried lamb with oyster sauce, and scallops with XO sauce.
The carvery features Chinese specials with roasted whole suckling pig, Peking duck, and crackling pork belly, while for dessert there is sweet bird nest soup and a selection of lucky Chinese desserts.
Also available on the buffet is an international selection of dishes.
The buffet is served from 6:00-10:00 PM and is priced at THB 1,499++ per person.
