The Flowers of Our Garden Menuat Celadon throughout February
Every morning our chef carefully trims, picks and gathers herbs and vegetables from our garden adjacent to Celadon restaurant to be set aside for lunch and dinner on the same day. We also produce edible flowers that are grown organically with loving care by our gardening team.
For the entire month of February, Chef Rossarin, Executive Chef at Celadon has created six remarkable dishes, prepared and decorated with a variety of edible, beautiful flowers from our garden, cooked and ready to be freshly served to all connoisseurs of fine Thai cuisine.
