Start your evening with Pacific trout rillettes, followed by a mushroom and truffle soup, and then a choice of either roasted halibut with porcini mushrooms or 1824 short-rib with sun-dried tomato puree and asparagus. End your evening with chocolate and passion fruit mousse.
Every couple receives a gift of pralines in a heart-shaped box, a rose for the lady, and a photo as a souvenir.
The special set menu is served from 6:00-10:00 PM and is priced at THB 4,000++ per couple.
