You dinner will begin with an amuse bouche of poached oyster with a watercress coulis, green apple and radish, followed by cube cut beef tartar with horseradish mousse and olive soil. Highlights will include scallop carpaccio with cauliflower cream, black truffle, lemon dressing and micro cress, a clear mushroom consomme served with pulled pork stuffed ravioli, sauteed Canadian lobster with creamy linguini, apricots and almonds, andgrilled beef tenderloin with pan fried foie gras, roasted potatoes and truffle jus. Your evening will end withyoghurt and lemon panna cotta with a strawberry coulis and verbena ice cream.
