From February 6 – 12, Rossini's welcomes Michelin star Chef Andrea Cannalire, the creative force behind Cielo in Ostuni, a restaurant renowned for respecting Italy's rich culinary heritage while also guiding adventurous diners into unexplored terrain.
At Rossini's, Chef Andrea will delight diners with a choice of two degustation menus available with wine pairings, an à la carte menu, and an unforgettable Grande Wine Dinner on February 12 with wines from GFour. Highlights will include langoustine ravioli with flowers and tomato water, and lobster with fresh beans, tomato confit, and burrata.
From March 4 – 11, Chef Errico Recanati returns to Rossini's. The Michelin star chef from the celebrated Andreina restaurant in Marche invites lovers of refined Italian cuisine to discover his outstanding signature dishes. Known for using ancient cooking methods to create bold new flavours, the menu will include hare potato gnocchi with a sage butter sauce, crispy mackerel with puffed potatoes, black olives caper sauce, and more.
