Bangkok--15 Feb--Make A Wealth Consulting IMPACT Growth REIT is satisfied with its performance as revenue in the third quarter of 2015 meet its expectation at 574.7 million baht and net profit 328.3 million baht, representing a 2 % revenue growth. Miss Wanpen Mungpiensakul, Managing Director of RMI Co,Ltd. as the REIT manager, said the third quarter performance of IMPACT Growth REIT during October-December 2015 achieved the target with 574.7 million baht revenue, rising 2% year-on-year and 14% quarter-on-quarter, due to the surge of occupancy rate during October-December to 60% when compare to 52% during the same period the year before. The sharp growth in revenue was because there were more exhibitions and events held at Impact Muang Thong Thani such as National Science and Technology Fair 2015, the 12-day event in November. For its expense, the cost of service and administration expenses remained at 14% and 8% of the total service income, respectively. This was the REIT had efficiency in managing its expense and cost, resulted in gross profit margin stood at 86 %, as the consequent, the REIT net profit during the October-December period is at 328.3 million baht with the net profit margin of 57% For the nine-month period in 2015, IMPACT Growth REIT had revenue of 1,579 million baht and net profit of 861.6 million baht, with the net profit margin of 55%. With this healthy performance, IMPAT Growth REIT will pay dividend to its unitholders for the third quarter of 2015/16 (October-December 2015) at 0.19 baht per unit will total 282 million baht. The recorded date of unitholders will be on 25 February 2016 and the payment is on 11 March 2016. This is the third dividend payment of FY2015/2016, with totaling 0.545 baht per unit. "We expect the REIT's full-year performance in 2015/16 will meet our expectation and we will continuously pay dividend to unitholders. Our IMPACT Growth REIT is invited to join roadshow in Japan in March with full appointments with Japanese investors for two days. Most of them are leading fund and asset managers with top 1-5 assets under management Fund in Japan. They are interested in our REIT because our healthy performance in the past year is a proof for investors that we will put effort and work hard to generate the highest return to unit holders," Miss Wanpen said.
