Dr. Pipatpong Poshyanonda, Executive Vice President of KASIKORNBANK, left, represented the Bank in receiving the Best Service Strategy Contact Center and the Best Effective Software Contact Center from Thai Contact Center Trade Association (TCCTA). KBank is the only commercial bank to receive awards from TCCTA at the TCCTA Contact Center Award 2015. The ceremony took place recently at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit.
