Recently, Mr. Boonchan Kulvatunyou, center, KASIKORNBANK First Senior Vice President, and Mr. Uthai Uthaisangsuk, right, Senior Executive Vice President-Business Development and Project Development Division (High Rise) of Sansiri Pcl., launched the "Pay-As-You-Like Home Loans" campaign for Sansiri's customers applying for K-Home Loan. Four privileges under this loan include small monthly installment of 1,000 Baht per 1 million Baht loan in the first year, minimum first-year interest rate of 0.50 percent, gift vouchers of up to 4,000 Baht from Central Department Store and the pay-as-you-like plan, which allows borrowers an array of payment terms, varying in payment amount, tenures and types of interest rates (floating or fixed). Clients are also offered overdraft facilities, additional loans for home decoration, plus more benefits from Sansiri including exemption of property transfer expenses for participating residential projects, subject to Sansiri's terms and conditions. This promotion is available until March 31, 2016.
