A Double CAC Certification for Sri Ayudhya Capital PCL (AYUD), and Sri Ayudhya General Insurance PCL (SAGI)

Bangkok--2 Mar--Immediate Resources Mr. Rowan D'Arcy, President & CEO of Sri Ayudhya Capital PCL and Mr. Virojn Srethapramotaya, Chairman of Sri Ayudhya General Insurance PCL both receive Thailand's Private Sector Collective Action against Corruption (CAC) certifications for the initiative against corruption and bribery. "We are honoured to be the newest recipients of CAC Certifications today. Sri Ayudhya Capital and Sri Ayudhya General Insurance went through the arduous task of conducting self-evaluations throughout the companies since May 16, 2015 to October 31, 2015 to meet with CAC's criteria on anti-corruption measures. The results were then submitted for evaluation by the Chairman of the Audit Committee and then the Board of Directors for approval. The complete set of the evaluations was sent to CAC for final evaluation", Mr. Rowan D'Arcy said. "We strive towards excellence in everything that we do, and by getting the CAC certification today further emphasize our commitment towards excellence in corporate governance", Mr. Virojn added.
