Bangkok--11 Mar--Tadu Contemporary Art
Tuesday 15 March 2016 from 18:00 - 22:00 pm
It might be one long winter or the mark of a fingerprint on a moist transparent door which has just been pushed open.
These various forms of events occur in everyday life and while it lasts we sense it or handle it in different ways, whether recorded or memorised.
Both artists, Tanatchai Bandasak and Viriya Chotpanyavisut have similar practices in terms of addressing sensory experience and the response to ordinary incidents, by being in the field to record fragments of those events and of finding a way to simulate them.
For both of them this time, it is like sharing and editing these fragments of experiences around them to create a narrative that speaks of the moment itself, together with reproducing a new sensory landscape through images that are both still and moving during the time of this exhibition.
