Prajya Phinyawat, Chairman of the Board of Directors, together with directors and Somporn Vongvuthipornchai, President and Chief Executive Officer, PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP), held the 2016 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting to report the company's annual business performance and target growth direction. It is resolved that the meeting approved the dividend payment for the year 2015 at the rate of 3.00 Baht per share. The event was held at Bangkok Convention Center, Central Plaza Ladprao.
