For one Friday evening only, on April 29, 2016, instead of just eating at one restaurant, explore delightfully differentiated locations around the hotel, including behind the scenes, each embracing a contrasting yet complementary culinary concept.
On the specially created 6-course menu are:
• Appetizers of Grilled zucchini, cream cheese, brown toast, Smoked salmon, mustard dill tartlet, Bocconcini, semi-dried tomato baguette, and Avocado guacamole, tomato on pizza bread
• Salad of Wagyu Beef Shabu Shabu
• Soup of Asparagus veloute, Hokkaido scallops
• Palate cleansing Pink Guava sorbet
• Grilled Norwegian Cod, ratatouille
• Yoghurt and Vanilla bean panna cotta, lemoncello gelee, macerated strawberry.
After meeting in the level 7 lobby at 6.30 pm, each course is served somewhere else, whether at Kisso Japanese restaurant, Presidential Suite on 24th floor and mysterious places you will love.
