Blue Sky Bar & Dining at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok invites you to enjoy with an evening of epicurean delight, featuring a 5-course set dinner prepared by Executive Chef Eric Berrigaud. Each of these delicious dishes will be paired with a fabulous wine from Castel, one of French's top winemakers.
The dinner will also feature a special guest – Victoire Desvigne, South East Asia Brand Manager.
The courses will include dishes such as amuse bouche sardine rillette; ahi tuna carpaccio, black olive, basil and Parmesan cheese; crispy pork in filo pastry dough / cauliflower mousseline / truffle oil; Australian beef steak / potatoes / red onions compote / beillevaire butter pepper; chocolate tart revisited.
The evening will begin at 7.00 pm on Thursday, April 28th and will also include the appearance of a special guest – Victoire Desvigne, Castel's South East Asia Brand Manager. Priced at just THB 2,800 net per person, this glorious French spread represents amazing value and will appeal to every palate.
