Hearty beef dishes featuring the best of Australian natural and wholesome beef prepared in exciting ways are being served from now until 31 May 2016 at Elements Restaurant, in InterContinental Pattaya Resort.
On the menu are slow-cooked Wagyu beef cheek served with shallots and ginger puree, Australian beef sirloin with roasted garlic and truffle pomme, veal tenderloin with beetroot and mashed potato, and for those who enjoy the rich taste of curry, massaman short rib served with curried potatoes.
Prices start from THB 690++ per dish, with the menu available for lunch and dinner.
