Having taken their inspiration from our recent hot months, Chef Bic Thitisorn and his talented culinary team have created a Mexican themed buffet lunch menu for our Colonnade Lunch Buffet from the 3rd of May until the 30th of June. In addition to our regular selection of international fare for weekday buffet lunches, a unique section of "Mexican Inspired" dishes will be added to provide even more culinary options for our regular buffet lunch guests. Discerning diners may take the opportunity to sample items from a meticulously prepared and expertly cooked Mexican menu, presented in rotation daily, from Monday to Friday.
For more than two hours each day, you may choose from a lineup of enticing food on stations that include Cold Seafood, Cheeses and Cold Cuts, Appetizers, Sushi and Sashimi, Soup, Western Specialties, Carving, Fresh Pasta and Asian Dishes Corners. Also, remember not to leave the room before helping yourself to our irresistible desserts.
Rotational highlights of the Mexican Inspired dishes include - Grilled Chicken Tortilla Wraps with Mango Salsa, Beef Taco Salad, Mexican Chicken and Rice Salad, Roasted Beef with Chili Mexican sauce, Mexican Pozole, Texas inspired Pork Ribs, Chicken Fajitas Tortilla, Quesadilla and many more…

"Mexican Inspired" Buffet Lunch is available at Colonnade from 12.00 – 14.30 hrs. Monday to Friday, priced at THB 1,150++ per person.
