Mr. Veraphan Teepsuwan, Chairman, Mr. Rowan D'Arcy, President & CEO together with directors of Sri Ayudhya Capital PCL or AYUD jointly declared the company's operating performance at the Annual Shareholders Meeting 2016, no. 67, with the shareholders' resolution approved to pay dividend for the company's operating performance for last half of 2015 in the amount of Baht 1.00 per share for shareholders with record date as of March 10, 2016. The dividend will be paid on May 9, 2016. Total dividend for 2015 totals Baht 2.00 per share when combined with Baht 1.00 per share interim dividend paid on September 7, 2015 for the operating performance during first half of 2015.
