Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok presents new menu of tasty favorites with a twist.
How do you like your burgers and hot dogs? How about Blu?
Executive Chef Thomas Smith has created special Tru Blu-hued buns with high-quality meats and ingredients including Wagyu beef, lamb, Berkshire pork and special extra-long Cumberland sausages.
New "Tru Blu Burgers and Tru Blu Hot Dogs" menu at Twenty-Seven Bites Brasserie, B/Sharp and Bar Esc adds some color and a lot of fun to two long-time favorites. It's also a chance to experience something new and definitely not widely available in Bangkok. The menu comprises six burgers and hot dog choices for the true gastronome. Highlights include the Radisson Blu Burger – hickory-smoked Berkshire pork burger topped with Blue cheese rarebit, tomato marmalade, lettuce and balsamic mustard; and the English Hot Dog – oversized 10-inch Cumberland sausage with confit garlic and mustard aioli, red onion relish and cheddar cheese.
Enjoy Blu Burgers and Blu Dogs at Twenty-Seven Bites for lunch or dinner, as a gourmet bar treat while chatting with friends at B/Sharp, or while relaxing by the pool complemented by the signature cocktails and juices of Bar Esc.
