Photos were taken for Mr. Sanpat Sopon (fourth from left) as Chairman of Planet Communications Asia Public Company Limited or PCA, Mr. Prapat Rathlertkarn (fourth from right) as President and Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Trevor Thompson (third from right) as President and Chief Technology Officer together with the Company's Board of Directors and Executive Management on the PCA Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders in 2016. It was resolved by The Meeting to approve for dividend payment in form of cash for its operating performance in 2015 at the rate of Baht 0.14 per share, totaling 35,000,000 million Baht, figured as the high rate at 69% of dividend payout ratio. The dividend payment will be made on May 26, 2016, recently held at Grand Hall, 2nd Floor of Rama Gardens Hotel, Vibhavadi Rangsit Road.
