Bangkok's Funk Shui club dining experience CHI has collaborated with Diageo to design extraordinary cocktails that Bangkok partygoers will not find anywhere else. Chi's World Class Diageo mixologists have provided a sneak peek into what makes the venue's signature cocktails, all of which are exclusive to CHI. Enjoy making these luscious sprits at home … now that the water-throwing chaotic fun of Songkran has subsided. CHI will continue to inspire new World Class Diageo cocktail creations as it makes its stamp of the BKK nightlife scene in ongoing partnership with the world's leading alcoholic beverage producer.
CHI Cosmopolitan
A summertime favorite known for its legendary tangy and acidic bite, a classic Cosmo is made with vodka, triple sec, cranberry and lime. CHI throws out the rulebook and offers an oriental sweet 'n' peppery flavor to this classic deep red delight with Diageo's inimitable Cointreau providing the essential triple sec component.

Golden Dragon
Designed by CHI's team of mixologists when the supperclub was being planned and construction was in its early days, this is a headlining cocktail knock-out in the true spirit of CHI; oriental, unique, fun. Golden Dragon offers a sour citrus hit with a lot of passionfruit. Johnnie Walker Gold Label, a blended Scotch known for its quality and sultana sweetness, makes this a relatively easy cocktail to make at home. Basil leaves to finish.

Enter the Dragon
True to CHI's Kung Fu aesthetic, Enter the Dragon is another CHI exclusive drink that blends characteristic signatures of the orient. It has a dark, mystical character and a LOT of flavor. Blackcurrant, ginger and lime represent diametrically opposed flavors, yet they come together without a hint of harshness. Diageo's Don Julio Tequila smooths things out further, for a fun and feisty cocktail you can enjoy under the watchful eye of CHI's dragon, or at home and enjoying some respite from the water fight.
