IMPACT Growth REIT announced its strong full-year performance for its fiscal year 2015/2016 (April 2015-March 2016), which could beat the economic slowdown to have total revenue of 2.126 billion baht and net profit of 1.192 billion baht. After the Property Manager has successfully adjusted its strategy to draw new customers, the space rental rose 7% to touch 54% Occupancy rate while its gross profit margin stood at 86%. Good news for unit holders as the REIT will pay 4th Quarter dividend at 0.22 baht per unit, making the full-year dividend payment to reach 0.765 baht per unit.

As the REIT Manager of IMPACT Growth REIT, said the REIT's performance in the fiscal year 2015/2016 (April 2015-March 2016) is strongly satisfied with total revenue of 2.126 billion baht and net profit of 1.192 billion baht. Its performance is beyond its expectation during the local economic slowdown while the global economy did not much recover.
Meanwhile, IMPACT Growth REIT has successfully adjusted its business strategy to cope with the weak economic situation, so its space rental rose 7% to 54% occupancy rate in the last fiscal year, up from 51% the year before. Plus Property Manager draw more new customers to drive its revenue from F&B right fee by 5% in the fourth quarter, thus the gross profit margin for the full-year 2015/2016 (April 2015-March 2016) rose to 86% and the net profit margin was 56%.
Miss Wanphen noted that IMPACT Growth REIT is preparing to pay dividend on its fourth quarter performance (January-March 2016) at 0.22 baht per unit or the total of 1.134 billion baht. The registration of unit holder names for dividend payment will be on June 9, 2016 and the payment will be on June 24. It will be the fourth dividend payment for the fiscal year 2015/2016 performance and the total dividend payment will be 0.765 baht per unit.
"Our profit for the fiscal year 2015/2016 performance is better than the REIT manager's expectation, so that we can pay dividends to unit holders as promised. This can be a proof that our IMPACT Growth REIT has a strong performance to show investors that we are determined to give the highest return to unit holders," Miss Wanphen said.
