Chef Stefano Zaninelli will artfully prepare some of the tastiest ever white asparagus dishes, in a both classical and temporary styles, including concoctions such as assorted smoked fish rose with pouched white asparagus and mimosa sauce (THB 690++); truffle risotto with white asparagus and seared Alaskan scallopes, Prosecco wine sauce (THB 820++); grilled rib eye with green pepper sauce served with steamed white asparagus (THB 1,800++); pan roasted duck breast with orange sauce served with buttered white asparagus and Parmesan cheese shaving (THB 860++); pan roasted snow fish white asparagus hollandaise sauce (THB 1,300++) and many other delicacies.
