Bangkok--7 Jun--Krungthai Card
Mrs. Kandtharat Chermchitphong, Senior Vice President - Public & Corporate Affairs, "KTC" or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, led members of the press under the KTC PR Press Club on an activity titled "Preserving Buddhism Arts". Participants were shown how to make Pang Puang – a type of traditional, delicate and graceful Thai aromatics, as well as how to fold the five styles of double red lotus petal: rose petal, cotton rose petal, zinnia petal, flower petal and rowel petal. Buddhists like to offer lotus flowers in their worship, signifying that they will bloom with wisdom, awareness and joy. This event was held recently at Jim Thompson House Museum with the lecturer being Ajarn Piyatida Seehawatanakul, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs Division, Faculty of Home Economics Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon.
