From 20 June 2016 onwards, Chef Bic Thitisorn and his culinary team are introducing new ways to enjoy our International buffet menu. Buffet lunch at Colonnade will become an even more exciting experience as their new concept offers all buffet dining lovers additional special supplemental dishes, rotating three times weekly, i.e. every Monday/Tuesday, Wednesday/Thursday and Friday.
Just THB 200++ per dish gives you the opportunity to sample a variety of scrumptious dishes with themes as below on the following days:-
Monday & Tuesday "See! Food"
Premium imported and local ingredients provide cuisine from the sea. This combination of chilled, cooked and sliced seafood provides a truly appetizing way to start your week.
Supplement: 200++ per dish, menu includes: Lobster Bisque, Lobster Spaghetti, Baked Oysters, Seafood Tempura, Yellow Curry Crab and Wok-fried Manila Clams.
Wednesday & Thursday "Midweek Roast & Grill"
Imagine being transported to the Australian outback to enjoy rustic roast and grill favourites. From Wagyu beef steak and burger to baby back ribs and barramundi and trout…delicious, and no passport required!
Supplement: 200++ per dish, menu includes: Aged Australian Beef Steak, Wagyu Beef Burger, BBQ Beef Ribs, Spring Chicken, Barramundi and Trout Steak
Friday "Thank God it's Foie Gras"
Offering a Foie Gras delicacy from France, the smooth and buttery liver from fattened duck, European becomes Asian style cuisine.
Supplement: 200++ per dish, menu includes: Pan-Fried Foie Gras, Foie Gras Ravioli, Foie Gras Risotto Milanese, Foie Gras Sushi, Foie Gras Bruschetta, Fried Rice with Foie Gras
