Moments restaurant at AETAS bangkok has launched a menu of Modern Thai cuisine, in which Western ingredients are prepared in Thai style.
The set menu is served for dinner at Baht 750++ per set and is available in addition to the restaurant's a la carte menu of Thai and international dishes.
Each serving begins with assorted appetisers, served on one plate, and including a spicy salad with New Zealand mussels and chilli paste, deep-fried prawns wrapped in flour sheet, and grilled marinated turmeric chicken. Seafood soup with young coconut meat is served in a cup.
The menu has a choice of main courses, namely grilled salmon and spaghetti served with green curry sauce, tiger prawns and penne pasta with peanut sauce, grilled rack of lamb with spicy sauce, and pork chop with peppercorns and hot basil sauce.
Sweet vermicelli in coconut milk is served for dessert.
Moments also serves a daily international buffet lunch at Baht 500 ++ per person.
AETAS bangkok is located on Soi Ruamrudee, within walking distance of the BTS Skytrain Ploenchit station, making the hotel a convenient rendezvous point for friends shopping or for city-centre office workers.
