Wild Alaskan Salmon Season Is Now Open in Khao Yai, the whole month of June 2016. Our opening season 1st catch is from Copper River, Alaska, USA.

- Khao Phad Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon: Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, fresh & in-house hickory hot smoked with sugar snap peas.
- Gaeng Som Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon: Thai style red curry & Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon. This dish has distinctive characteristics from citrus, red chili, shrimp paste, complimented with daikon, long bean, cauliflower, Chinese cabbage with no coconut milk.
- Som Tum Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon: Thai style spicy, sour green papaya salad with Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon.
