Our opening season 1st catch is from Copper River, Alaska, USA. 1 – 30 June 2016 Acala Restaurant presents - Khao Phad Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon: Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, fresh & in-house hickory hot smoked with sugar snap peas. - Gaeng Som Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon: Thai style red curry & Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon. This dish has distinctive characteristics from citrus, red chili, shrimp paste, complimented with daikon, long bean, cauliflower, Chinese cabbage with no coconut milk. - Som Tum Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon: Thai style spicy, sour green papaya salad with Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon.
