Bangkok--23 Jun--Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok
Brasserie Europa, the popular international restaurant at the Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, is adapting the formula of its ever-popular Sunday Brunch for a new seafood buffet dinner presented every Friday evening. Using the concept that has made 'Bangkok's Longest Sunday Lunch' one of the city's most popular and successful week-end brunch offerings, the new Friday night buffet at stylish Brasserie Europa includes a wide selection of Asian and Western dishes and added special focus upon super-fresh seafood and shellfish sourced from local and international markets.
"Our research shows that there is only a very limited offering of truly five-star dinner buffets in Bangkok on Friday evenings. Our new dinner at Brasserie Europa has to be the perfect start to any week-end," says James Norman, Executive Chef. "Diners enjoy a fantastic selection of seafood and shellfish on ice, sushi, sashimi and a tempting selection of delicious desserts."
The focus at Brasserie Europa is very much on quality, value and convenience and this is reflected in the new Friday seafood buffet dinner. Prices start at THB 1,900 ++ (dinner and free-flow soft drinks). Add free-flow sparkling wines, rose, house wines and local beers and pay THB 2,500 ++.
"We believe that this new buffet will appeal to a very broad customer base. Our convenient location, close to Siam Paragon and BTS Siam, brings added appeal to families, students and young professionals, business leaders and, of course, the many international visitors in Bangkok," said James Norman. "We know that diners enjoy the combination of a quality seafood buffet with selected courses cooked to order at the table. We are very confident that this adaptation of 'Bangkok's Longest Sunday Lunch' will prove to be another amazing success story for Brasserie Europa."
