H.E. Mr. Pericles Boutos, Ambassador of Greece to Thailand, and Mrs. Julia Tiefengraber, Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission of Austrian Embassy to Thailand, were among honorary guests at an afternoon with the Soloists of the Vienna Chamber Orchestra, a special musical event organised by Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok recently.
This special event took place at the hotel's Lobby Lounge featuring sensational classical music performance by the Soloists of the Vienna Chamber Orchestra, which included Mr. Oliver Pastor and Ms. Orsolya Palfi, violinists; Ms. Cynthia Liao, violist; and Mr. Pavel Jonas Krejci, cellist; plus harp music by Ms. Wang Tong-Juan, a talented Chinese harpist. In addition, the hotel's Executive Chef Marc Cibrowius has also created a heavenly selection of fantastic treats for guests to indulge in superb atmosphere with magnificent views over the Chao Phraya River.
Honourary guests included Ms. Julia Tiefengraber, Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission of Austrian Embassy to Thailand; Mr. Thiseas F. Poullos, First Secretary and Deputy Head of Mission of Embassy of Greece to Thailand and Mrs. T. Poullos; and Emeritus Professor Dr. Anant Tejavej. All guests were welcome by Ms. Rashana Pimolsindh, Director of Communications and Ms. Peggy Lim, Director of Events Management of the hotel.
