The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) together with the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Thai Listed Companies Association (TLCA) organized a seminar on "Inside Information Management Tips for Listed Company Executives" to update capital market personnel and the public on disclosure rules and to share regulatory insights on proper handling of inside information. The seminar took place on June 27, 2016 at Professor Sangvien Indaravijaya Auditorium, the SET Building.
