Throughout the month of July, two exciting new cocktails are being introduced as The Zuk Bar's Cocktails of the Month. They are GIN-GER Rocktail and Blue-Ice Storm, which, as well as having cool, enticing looks are also irresistible to the taste buds. Both feature an interesting concoction of ingredients that pleasantly surprise all cocktail lovers, providing superb new flavours from the very first sip.
GIN-GER Rocktail (Baht 350++)
Muddle gin with fresh Thai ginger, add grapefruit juice and sweet and sour and shake well with ice cubes. Pour out just the cocktail liquid and serve with fresh lemon and ginger sticks as required. Savour the fragrance and spice of ginger together with gin… then rock and spice up your night!
Blue-Ice Storm (Baht 350++)
Approximately 45 degrees of blue-ice set prominently in a highball glass, then filled with raspberry puree and a mixture of vodka, southern comfort, peace liquor and passionfruit juice. Drink layer by layer or stir all together with the melting blue-ice… sure to freshen your night away!
