Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited and subsidiaries under ExxonMobil in Thailand organise the 12th Esso Challenge – Innovative Internship under the concept "Energy Lives Here". Esso Challenge selects 29 graduating high school students from across the country to participate in an internship and training to develop important working skills such as leadership qualities, productive team work and creativity as Esso hopes to promote the potential of Thai students so they are ready to work ethically and efficiently in order to cater to the demands of the Thai business sector. These qualities are important factors in developing organisations to be on par with international standards.
