Throughout July, chefs at Mistral Restaurant introduce a special selection of traditional sausages to the lunch buffet. Using freshly made pork, beef and chicken sausages, the delicious dishes will include sausage and barley stew, potato skins filled with sausage and cheese, German Bratwurst with homemade red cabbage sauerkraut and mixed sausage salad. There will also be baked sausages with cheese, the comforting British classic, bangers and mash, smoked sausage tortellini and oven roast sausages with potatoes and vegetables.
A delight lunch's dining at mistral Restaurant ends with the famous Austrian dessert, apple strudel.
The lunch buffet is available at Mistral Restaurant on Monday – Sunday from 12PM until 14.30PM for only THB 599 nett per person including coffee or tea.
