Every Friday and Saturday throughout June and July at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok, chefs at the renowned Orchid Cafe will enhance the spectacular Weekend Seafood Buffet with special Sicilian and South American dishes.
In June, diners can enjoy our Sicilian seafood promotion with appetizers of smoked swordfish carpaccio with arugula and grapefruit, braised octopus with capsicum and sweet garlic, and more. Hot dishes at the seafood feast will include delicious stuffed sardines, marinated mussels with basil, and the classic dish, vongole in white wine. There will also be a selection of irresistible Italian gelato and traditional desserts.
In July, chefs draw inspiration from the cuisines of South America. Delights will include pan roasted Chilean sea bass, salmon ceviche, giant squid al pil pil, cheese empanadas with shrimp and scallops, Parmesan Chilean mussels, and Chilean crab cake with pebre spicy salsa.
