This ritual comes alive every afternoon at Cafe Claire, where guests are invited to enjoy distinct interpretations of this legacy, as inspired by traditions.
Cafe Claire is pleased to present Summer Afternoon Tea with classic open face sandwiches, including smoked salmon, ham cheese, scrambled eggs with mushrooms and adorned with salmon toe and an avocado sandwich. Indulge in the lavish home-made traditional scones and raisin scones with fruit jams and clotted cream, followed by an array of tantalising patisserie collection, which includes miniature lemon tarts, classic Cafe Claire macarons, luscious red velvet cupcakes, white chocolate cups topped with strawberry mousse, chocolate crunchies and sweet traditional Thai sakoo with melon in chilled coconut milk. These items are enjoyed with a choice of refined TWG teas, Illy coffee or hot chocolate for those who appreciate the finer things in life. The Summer Afternoon Tea Set is available daily from 14:30 to 17:30.
