Minor Hotels (MH), a hotel owner, operator and investor, currently with a portfolio of 146 hotels and resorts in 22 countries across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, South America, Africa and the Indian Ocean, has announced the expansion of its upscale AVANI brand in the Northeastern city of Khon Kaen in Thailand. Currently operating as Centara Hotel & Convention Centre Khon Kaen the property will be rebranded to AVANI Khon Kaen Hotel & Convention Centre on July 1, 2016.
Launched by Minor Hotels in 2011, AVANI Hotels & Resorts is a vibrant upscale hotel brand offering relaxed comfort and contemporary style in city and resort destinations to guests who appreciate genuine hospitality and the details that matter. The soon-to-be reflagged AVANI Khon Kaen Hotel & Convention Centre marks the latest addition to AVANI's growing list of hotels bringing the portfolio to 16 properties across 11 countries, including AVANI Atrium Bangkok and the soft opened AVANI Riverside Bangkok Hotel.
