After 35 years of service with Procter &Gamble, Mr. Raul Falcon, the current Managing Director in Thailand, Myanmar and Laos, will retire from the company. Falcon will soon be succeeded by Mr. Raffy Fajardo, who is currently serving as P&G's Brand Director for Hair Care for the Asia-Pacific based in Singapore.
"P&G is well positioned in Thailand and throughout Southeast Asia," said Falcon.
"Our position in the region has never been stronger and the company is benefitting from Asia's overall growth."
Falcon is set to depart P&G as of July 1.
Fajardo brings 17 years of marketing experience globally through his work in ASEAN, Australia, New Zealand and India. He is strong advocate for positioning P&G as top company for employee retention through talent development, strong consumer service and shared value creation through P&G Brands.

A native of the Philippines, Fajardo has worked extensively in the ASEAN region, Australia, New Zealand and India.
