Mr Phillip Couvaras, Area Manager and General Manager of Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok, and Mrs. Saisom Wongsasuluk, President of the Caring Hearts for AIDS Foundation jointly held a press conference on the "Old for Us – New for the Less Fortunate" Project in honour of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit's 84th Birthday Anniversary at the hotel's Corundum Room recently.
"Old for Us - New for the Less Fortunate" is a charitable project co-founded by Ms. Russamee Tongsiripaisri, a renowned model, and Mr. Kritsada Thiprasit, for general public with a passion of giving to donate their unwanted dolls in good condition or brand new ones to 357 orphanage students of "Chalermprakiet 48 Pansa School" in Lumphun Province.
Doll donation can be made from today until 5 August 2016 at Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok, We Are Model Co., Ltd. and Chalermprakiet 48 Pansa School.
Honourary guests at the press conference included committee members of the Caring Hearts for AIDS Foundation; Ms. Kullanut Preeyawat; Ms. Rashana Pimolsindh, the hotel's Director of Communications; and famous leading actresses and models.
