The Zespri Kiwifruit Breakfast Truck, a kiwifruit breakfast bar on the go, is ready to serve 3 creative menus prepared with Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit by Chef Max Wittawat Jermsurawong, a rising young chef who is the Corporate Assistant Chef for Chef Ian Kittichai. Every dish provides all the essential vitamins and nutrients to help with an energy boost and a burst of delicious flavor to kick-start the day. All of the 3 dishes - Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit Pancakes, Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit Sunrise Smoothie Bowl and Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit Potassium Power Smoothie - will meet the needs of both the health- conscious crowd and the modern office workers who are in need of convenience; all 3 recipes can all be easily recreated at home.
