Mr. David Cumming, Vice President and Area GM, ONYX Hospitality Group, announced the appointment of Hathairat Naen-Kwaen as the new Director of Revenue Management, Amari Watergate Bangkok, effective today.
Hathairat graduated from Ramkhamhaeng University, earning a bachelor's degree in English and mass communications. She has 13 years of experience working in the hotel industry. In 2003, she started her career in hospitality as Guest Service Officer at The Twin Towers Hotel, Bangkok, and then became a Receptionist. In 2005, she was appointed as Tour Coordinator, and afterwards as Reception Supervisor respectively. In 2006, she was promoted to Senior Reception Supervisor at the same hotel.
In the same year, she moved to The Palace Property Co., Ltd. to work in real estate as Assistant Project Manager before being promoted to Director of Sales. In 2007, she worked in the hotel industry again at Radisson Hotel Bangkok as Internet Sales Executive, and in 2008, as Assistant Sales Manager (IT). Later, she moved to Amari Boulevard Bangkok and City Lodges to work as E-Commerce Manager before her promotion to Revenue Manager in 2012. During the next year, she moved to Amari Hua Hin, Prachuabkirikhan to work as Revenue Director before leaving to join Amari Watergate as Director of Revenue Management.
