Join us and experience an indulgent culinary combination of a marvelous 5-course dinner paired with world class Portuguese wines. The meal begins with pre-dinner canapes of mozzarella, tomato & black olive tarts and grilled fresh sardines on garlic croutes with tomato & parsley, both perfectly balanced with a crisp Portas de Lisboa White, Vinho Regional Lisboa from 2014 before continuing with a majestic selection of pairings where you are invited to enjoy more than just one serving of your favorite dish.

- Pancetta-wrapped fish fillet with lemon potato emulsion and olive gremolata paired with Palha-Canas Tinto Red, Vinho Regional Lisboa 2009.
- Potato gnocchi with braised lamb shank sauce paired with Casa Santos Lima Pinot Noir, Vinho Regional Lisboa, 2012.

The Portuguese Wine Dinner is priced at THB 1,850 net per person, with a special price for Chatrium Privilege Card Members of THB 1,650 net per person.
